We’re looking for confident, friendly and energetic people to join our Bar Team at The Bridge in Oxton

We’re a busy country pub and restaurant with a big focus on great drinks, great food and genuinely good hospitality — and we’re looking for people who enjoy being part of that atmosphere.

THE ROLE

Working behind our bar, you’ll be right at the centre of the pub.

From pouring the perfect pint and making cocktails to recommending a bottle of wine. We want people who can make guests feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door and to make an intiail impact.

Your role will include:

• Serving beers, wines, spirits, cocktails and soft drinks
• Preparing drinks quickly while maintaining quality
• Providing friendly, confident customer service
• Learning our drinks range and making recommendations
• Taking orders and processing payments
• Keeping the bar clean, organised and well stocked
• Restocking and helping with deliveries
• Maintaining excellent hygiene and presentation standards
• Supporting the wider FOH team during busy services
• Helping create the lively, welcoming atmosphere we want our pub to be known for

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Experience is great, but attitude and personality matter just as much.

We’re looking for people who are:

Friendly & confident — you enjoy talking to customers and making people feel welcome.

Reliable — hospitality depends on a team that can rely on each other.

Fast & organised — you can keep your standards high when the bar gets busy.

A team player — you’re happy to jump in and help wherever needed.

Interested in hospitality — whether it’s beer, wine, cocktails, food or simply delivering brilliant service.

Previous bar or hospitality experience would be an advantage, but training can be provided for the right person.
