Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations to ensure accurate billing and transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures.
• Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly and enforce legal drinking age regulations.
• Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and utensils to ensure smooth service throughout shifts.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender or in food service, preferably with fine dining or nightclub backgrounds.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math, and sales transactions accurately.
• Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus; experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older (where applicable) and hold any necessary certifications required by local regulations.
