Bartender

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and energetic Bartender who knows how to create great drinks, provide exceptional customer seenand make every customer feel welcome. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

• Must have reliable transportation and consistently arrive on time and ready to work.
• Previous bartending experience required.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, and proper drink preparation.
• Ability to work efficiently and confidently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be comfortable multitasking while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Must be able to work day, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and consistently.
• Create attractive, properly presented drinks that meet company standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service and create a memorable guest experience.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the drink menu, cocktails, specials, and ingredients.
• Make thoughtful drink recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Take orders accurately and process transactions through the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout the shift.
• Monitor guest needs and check in regularly to ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management.
• Control portions and minimize waste while maintaining drink quality.
• Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and other bar supplies**.**
• Time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests and create a welcoming environment
• Ability to develop beverage recipes creatively while maintaining consistency and quality
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management
• Previous bartending experience
