Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and promote our beverage offerings.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently while handling cash transactions responsibly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Develop new beverage recipes and contribute creative ideas to expand our drink menu.
• Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; assist with stock replenishment as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy hours and special events like banquets or nightclub nights.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending or food service within hospitality or restaurant environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beer styles, and beverage recipe development.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions accurately.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order processing.
• Experience in bar management or catering is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality industry growth is essential.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
