Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
• Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Develop and suggest beverage recipes to keep the menu fresh and exciting
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service flow during busy hours and special events
• Uphold all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies
• Handle cash handling duties efficiently while maintaining accuracy in retail math calculations
• Assist in bar management tasks as needed, including scheduling and training new team members

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending within fine dining, nightclub, or hospitality settings with a strong knowledge of spirits, wine, craft beer, and mixology techniques
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
• Knowledge of beverage recipe development and food safety standards in the food industry
• Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and serving accuracy
• Experience with catering or nightclub environments is a plus but not required
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $24.59 - $29.61 per hour
