Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and excellent customer service skills, with experience in fine dining or nightlife environments. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced setting. Applicant must be available for weekends and some holidays. Currently looking for someone to assist with busy event nights and our annual Halloween party.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Engage with guests to provide outstanding customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Operate Square POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during banquets and catering events.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
• Uphold responsible serving practices, including checking identification for age verification.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with Square POS systems is a plus.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions.
• Experience in fine dining, catering, or banquet service is advantageous.
