QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Bartender, Waiter, or in a similar hospitality role, preferably in a reputable hotel, restaurant, bar, or lounge.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or background in Hospitality Management is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wines, and other beverages, including basic cocktail preparation.
• Good English communication skills.
• Positive, friendly, and professional attitude.
• People-oriented with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Demonstrates initiative, reliability, and commitment to professional standards.
• Willingness to learn and follow company procedures, safety standards, and service guidelines.

BARTENDER – TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

1.    Greeting and Welcoming Guests

• Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist guests with beverage selections and provide recommendations when needed.

2.       Preparing Beverages

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.

3.       Serving Food and Drinks

• Serve beverages and food orders promptly and professionally.
• Monitor guests’ needs and provide attentive service throughout their visit.

4.       Guest Service and Satisfaction

• Maintain a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests.
• Respond to guest requests, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly.

• Coordinate effectively with the service team, kitchen, and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate orders and guest requests clearly and accurately.

7.       Safety, Cleanliness, and Hygiene

• Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation of the bar area, equipment, and utensils.
• Follow established food safety, workplace safety, and hygiene standards.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of beverages and bar supplies.
