Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and friendly Bartender to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will craft and serve a variety of beverages, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain a welcoming environment. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable experiences for our patrons.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of cocktails, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
• Engage with guests in a lively, positive manner to enhance their experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
• Manage multiple drink orders efficiently while ensuring quality and consistency
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and process payments promptly
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety
• Restock bar supplies as needed to keep the bar fully equipped during busy hours

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, bartending, serving or restaurant environments is preferred
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in beverage handling
• Strong skills in bartending, including cocktail mixing and garnishing techniques
• Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume service periods effectively
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanor
• A passion for hospitality and creating enjoyable experiences for guests

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
