Bartender (Training Provided) – Riley’s Roadhouse

Cordova, IL | Must be 18+

Riley’s Roadhouse is looking for an energetic, outgoing team member to join our bar staff. We’re a fast-paced, fun, and team-oriented environment where personality, work ethic, and attitude matter most.

No bartending experience? No problem. We provide hands-on, on-site training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent, friendly customer service
• Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately
• Serve guests efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area
• Support both bar and service areas as needed

Qualification

• Previous POS or serving experience preferred (not required)
• Strong customer service background is a plus
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
