Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits with precision and flair.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
• Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate guest satisfaction.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to promote responsible service.
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy hours, including nightclubs and banquet events.
• Uphold all food handling and safety regulations while delivering top-tier hospitality service.

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending, including cocktail mixing, mixology techniques, and wine knowledge.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours seamlessly.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests in fine dining or casual settings.
• Knowledge of beverage recipe development and spirits to craft innovative drinks.
• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred; nightclub or banquet experience is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
• Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and accurate bill splitting; food safety certification is advantageous.

Pay: $75.00 - $150.00 per day
