Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic bartender to join our team and help create a memorable experience for our customers. The ideal candidate should have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and soft drinks, ensuring that all drinks are served promptly, accurately, and in compliance with established recipes and standards.
• Greet customers and take orders, using excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
• Ensure that the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked, maintaining an inventory of all beverages, supplies, and equipment and restocking as necessary.
• Operate and maintain bar equipment, such as blenders, shakers, and refrigerators, ensuring that they are clean, functional, and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly, maintaining a cash register and reconciling daily sales.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up and breaking down the bar area, cleaning glasses and barware, and securing the premises.
• Provide support to other staff members as needed, including serving food, bussing tables, and helping with other tasks as requested.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender in a similar environment, with a strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and beer.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and co-workers.
• Attention to detail and a strong ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
• Strong math skills and the ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
