Bartender

Join our hospitality team as a Bartender/Server, where you will play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences through both food and beverage service. In this fast-paced, guest-focused position, you will prepare and serve drinks, take food orders, deliver meals, and provide attentive service from start to finish. The ideal candidate is energetic, friendly, and thrives in a team-oriented environment while delivering outstanding hospitality to every guest.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver food and drinks to guests while ensuring quality presentation and customer satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering menu questions, and making recommendations.
• Operate POS systems accurately to enter orders, process payments, and complete transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar and dining area.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup, breakdown, cleaning, and restocking.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Handle multiple tables and bar guests efficiently during busy service periods.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, bar, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, cocktails, and basic bartending techniques is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
