Bartender

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to create a welcoming environment and promote beverage sales
• Manage bar inventory by restocking supplies, monitoring stock levels, and placing orders as needed
• Process cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS platforms
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Develop new beverage recipes and craft signature cocktails to enhance the menu offerings
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure an exceptional guest experience at all times

Experience

• Previous bartending experience in fine dining, casual restaurants, nightclubs or banquet settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage presentation
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy hours seamlessly
• Experience in food service environments with a focus on customer service excellence
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling of food and beverages
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced hospitality setting

Pay: $11.98 per hour
