Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Operate POS systems to process orders efficiently while accurately handling cash and credit transactions.
• Engage with guests to provide friendly, attentive customer service, creating a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
• Manage multiple responsibilities including serving drinks at nightclubs or banquet events, handling cash register operations, and assisting with catering functions.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure a safe environment for all patrons.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours, utilizing excellent time management skills.

Skills

• Proficiency with POS systems for efficient order processing.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect quickly with diverse guests.
• Experience in fine dining establishments or nightclubs, including banquet or catering experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling, and proper alcohol serving procedures.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations seamlessly.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing.
• Familiarity with the food industry standards related to hospitality, brewing processes, and food service operations.
