Job Overview

We’re on the lookout for a lively and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our bar, creating memorable experiences for guests through expertly crafted drinks and exceptional service. Whether mixing classic cocktails, recommending local brews, or engaging with patrons, your energy and expertise will help set the tone for a fun and welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate is passionate about beverages, has a flair for mixology, and thrives in dynamic environments like fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or event spaces.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options while adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or food pairings to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all tools, glassware, and supplies are properly stored and sanitized.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; handle cash handling with integrity.
• Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy hours by utilizing excellent time management skills.
• Develop new beverage recipes and contribute ideas to keep our menu fresh and exciting.
• Follow all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices to ensure guest safety at all times.
• Some Serving in bar area
• Ordering Liquor & inventory

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage recipe development.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Good math skills for accurate processing of transactions and retail math understanding.
• Experience in food service or hospitality industry roles that involve serving or bartending is a plus.

Pay: $22.58 - $100.00 per hour
