We’re looking for friendly, energetic servers to join our crew. Starting pay is 8/hour plus tips, with plenty of opportunities to earn great money.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
• Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to assist guests in their selections.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience while maximizing sales opportunities.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests.
• Adhere to sanitation guidelines and food handling procedures to ensure a safe dining environment.

Skills

• Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred, with fine dining experience being a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy shifts.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as toast is advantageous.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
• Culinary experience or kitchen knowledge can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
