Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS.
• Engage with guests to provide friendly, attentive service, ensuring their experience exceeds expectations.
• Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels to maintain smooth operations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining accountability for all sales.
• Follow food safety and food handling protocols diligently to ensure a clean and safe environment for both staff and guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, glassware, and utensils, adhering to health regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate serving and bartending duties efficiently during busy hours.

Experience

• 1 year bartending experience minimum.
• Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles.
• Familiarity with TouchBistro is advantageous.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders quickly while maintaining quality service.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that creates a welcoming atmosphere.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling procedures, and basic math for cash handling and drink mixing.
• Experience in hospitality or the food industry demonstrates your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.

Pay: $18.25 per hour
