Bartender

Overview

The Brixton is seeking an experienced and reliable Bartender to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional beverage service in a busy, high-volume environment, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mixology, attentive to detail, and capable of working independently during peak hours.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits with professionalism and flair
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and stocked appropriately
• Engage with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, delivering excellent customer service
• Take drink orders accurately and efficiently, managing multiple tables or bar stations during busy shifts
• Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment and handle any issues discreetly
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and uphold the establishment’s standards
• Follow all safety and health regulations related to food and beverage service

Requirements

• Minimum of 1+ year of bartending experience in a busy or high-volume restaurant or bar setting
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
• Ability to work independently during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality guest service
• Fast, organized, and capable of multitasking efficiently under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Excellent communication skills and a positive demeanor

Pay: $19.61 - $50.00 per hour
