Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience at our establishment, whether it be in a fine dining restaurant, nightclub, or catering event.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Engage with customers to take drink orders and provide recommendations based on their tastes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and mixers; assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
• Participate in special events or catering services as required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bartending or a related role within the restaurant or nightlife industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, brewing techniques, and beverage pairings.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong sales skills to promote drink specials and enhance guest experiences.
• Familiarity with fine dining service standards is a plus.
• Must be at least 21 years of age due to alcohol service requirements.
