Bartender

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties

• Prepare and serve a diverse selection of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
• Manage bar inventory, including restocking supplies and tracking consumption using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Process cash and card transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations
• Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to enhance guest satisfaction
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy hours, events, or banquets

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending, mixology, or related food service roles within the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and cocktail techniques
• Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly
• Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Nightclub, banquet, or catering experience is a plus for dynamic event service
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
• Knowledge of beverage recipe development and beverage presentation techniques
