Bartender -Full-Time Opportunities

Searstone Retirement Community is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Bartenders to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide exceptional service to our residents and their families in a vibrant and welcoming environment. We are offering full-time positions. This is a non-tipped position.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years of related experience
• Ability to accurately mix drinks from a variety of recipes
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with staff and management
• Positive, cordial interactions with customers
• Physically able to stand for extended periods
• Must be able to understand and speak English
• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Take beverage orders from wait staff or directly from customers
• Fulfill drink orders submitted by wait staff or customers
• Prepare garnishes for drinks
• Maintain a neat and sanitary bar area
• Clean glasses, utensils, and other bar equipment
• Operate Point of Sale system for customer charges or credit card payments
• Attend training classes as required
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
