Bartender

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Bartender to join our team on a part-time basis, with flexibility to work on-call shifts when required. The ideal candidate will have strong bar experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work confidently in a busy hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and drinks.
• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to customers.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation at the bar.
• Ensure responsible service of alcohol and follow all licensing and company policies.
• Manage stock levels and assist with bar opening and closing procedures.
• Process payments accurately and operate the till/POS system.
• Work effectively as part of the wider front-of-house team.
• Respond positively to busy periods and changing customer demands.
• Be available for additional/on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and special events when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a bartender is essential.
• Good knowledge of drinks, cocktails, and bar service.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with availability.
• Able to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
• A positive attitude and professional appearance.

Pay: From £12.71 per hour

• Leicester, Leicestershire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
• customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
• Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
