Bartender

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will craft and serve a wide variety of beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and create a lively, welcoming atmosphere for guests. Your expertise in mixology, beverage presentation, and customer engagement will be key to ensuring memorable experiences for our patrons. Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing personalized recommendations and fostering a positive atmosphere.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and beverage stations.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS system, handling cash handling responsibilities with precision.
• Monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service in compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
• Uphold food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures at all times.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, cocktail recipes, and beverage development techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods effectively.
• Food service experience combined with hospitality industry knowledge is highly desirable.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Previous experience in brewing or beverage crafting is a plus; nightclub or catering experience is also beneficial.
