Job Summary

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
• Process cash and POS transactions accurately using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Develop new beverage recipes and customize drinks based on guest preferences to promote sales and customer satisfaction
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor product quality regularly
• Support bar management by assisting with opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and record keeping

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending within fine dining, nightclub, or catering environments with a strong foundation in mixology and spirits knowledge
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele positively
• Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods seamlessly
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Experience in beverage recipe development and an understanding of wine, craft beer, and cocktail crafting techniques
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced hospitality setting
• Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and accurate order processing

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
