Bartender

Bar Rooftop is a hidden gem on the 3rd floor of Djon's Village Market in Indialantic, FL. Views of the river and the ocean make this one of the most unique bars in Brevard County. We are currently seeking experienced (2+ years) bartenders for both full-time and part-time employment. Must be outgoing, friendly and a team player.

Responsibilities:

Extensive wine, cocktail, and spirits knowledge; ability to make knowledgeable recommendations.

Familiarity with craft cocktails, beverage trends, and menu pairings.

Craft drinks to company standards, serve responsibly, and guide guests through menus.

Maintain bar cleanliness, sanitation, and inventory control.

Operate POS and beverage equipment; follow safety and alcohol-service laws.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years in restaurant/bar service, with preferred experience in upscale concepts.

Warm, outgoing, team-oriented; able to work in a fast-paced, high-service environment

ServSafe Alcohol or TIPS training may be requested

The newest gem in our portfolio, Juliette's is a tropical jewel of a restaurant with a menu that shines. The Mediterranean and Italian based menu blends fresh seafood, handmade pastas and seasonal ingredients to give our guests a taste of the Mediterranean coast. Our inventive cocktails are all handcrafted.
