Bartender

Tazeen Restaurant is looking for a skilled, energetic, and customer-focused Bartender to join our pre-opening team at Kulim Avenue, Kedah, specializing in Northern Indian Mughlai & Malay cuisine. We are seeking passionate individuals who enjoy creating quality beverages and delivering excellent guest experiences in a welcoming dining environment.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining bar cleanliness, and ensuring efficient beverage service while upholding the restaurant’s hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve mocktails, specialty beverages, coffee, tea, and other non-alcoholic drinks according to company standards
• Ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and beverage station
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
• Handle customer orders professionally and efficiently
• Ensure all hygiene, food safety, and SOP standards are followed
• Support floor team during peak service periods when needed
• Assist in developing signature beverage menus and promotions
• Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and equipment
• Support management during pre-opening setup and operations

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender or beverage crew in F&B industry
• Experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred
• Knowledge of mocktail and beverage preparation is an advantage
• Positive attitude with good communication and customer service skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with strong sense of responsibility and cleanliness
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Able to travel to or relocate to Kulim, Kedah

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
