BARTENDERS — WE’RE HIRING!

REAL BAR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

If you’ve only occasionally covered a bar, this probably isn’t the one.

We’re looking for a bartender who knows how to actually work a bar — someone who can stay calm when tickets are stacking, move with purpose, take care of guests, and doesn’t need to be told what needs to happen next.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

• Has solid, hands-on bartending experience
• Can keep up when tickets start stacking
• Knows their way around a bar without needing constant direction
• Understands basic spirits, cocktails, beer + wine
• Can multitask without losing track of guests
• Has strong situational awareness
• Doesn’t say “that’s not my job”
• Takes pride in keeping their space — and the whole restaurant — clean
• Can jump into whatever needs to be done without being asked
• Is available to work mornings, evenings, weekends + some holidays

A LITTLE ABOUT THE POSITION:

Our Front of House Team Members are the face of our locations. The customer experience begins and ends with you.

We’re a busy, fast-paced operation where everyone plays every position. If you’re behind the bar, you’re still part of the floor.

Your shift might look like:

• Slinging drinks + cocktails during a rush
• Taking care of your bar guests
• Serving tables
• Running food
• Bussing + resetting tables
• Answering takeout calls
• Jumping in wherever the team needs you
• Cleaning restrooms when they need to be cleaned
• Properly breaking down and closing your station — not disappearing when the rush ends

THIS IS NOT A “STAND BEHIND THE BAR AND MAKE DRINKS” POSITION.

We’re a team-first, full-service operation.

Some shifts you’ll be deep in the weeds behind the bar. Other shifts you’ll be running food, taking care of tables, answering phones, bussing, cleaning, or doing whatever needs to happen to take care of the guest and the team.

If you’re looking for a position where you only bartend, this probably isn’t the right fit.

If you’re the kind of bartender who sees what needs to be done and just does it, we want to meet you.

EXPERIENCE

3+ years restaurant/bar experience preferred.

Bartending experience should be clearly reflected in your work history. We’re looking for someone with genuine bar experience who can step into a busy service and contribute from day one.
