What they need
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
- Greet customers, take orders, and provide drink recommendations
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol by checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, equipment, and glassware
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain accurate tabs
- Restock bar supplies, liquor, ice, and garnishes as needed
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
- Open and close the bar, including setup, cleaning, and securing inventory
