Bartender

Job Summary

We are on the lookout for a lively and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair.
• Engage with guests in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all tools and glassware are sanitized and stocked.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently using POS system, ensuring accurate cash handling and sales recording.
• Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations.
• Support event setups like nightclubs or banquets by serving drinks promptly and managing multiple orders seamlessly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours while managing time effectively.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a bartender is required.
• Familiarity with POS systems for sales processing.
• Strong customer service skills with an energetic approach to engaging guests.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently using excellent time management skills.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and understanding retail math concepts.
• Experience in food handling, serving, catering, or food industry roles is a plus.
