Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols.
• Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; handle cash handling and cashiering responsibilities efficiently.
• Develop new beverage recipes and craft innovative cocktails to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies as needed, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service.
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate food service, catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions as required.
• Uphold all food safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies at all times.
• Utilize time management skills to handle multiple orders quickly during busy hours while maintaining high-quality service.

Experience

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or catering environments is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, brewing processes, and beverage recipe development.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse clientele confidently.
• Prior experience working in hospitality industry settings including restaurant service, food handling, or banquet events is desirable.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices is essential.
• Ability to manage time effectively during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail in beverage presentation and accuracy.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
