Bartender

Pay: $25 - $30 per hour (Average with Tips included)

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. Whether working in a bustling nightclub, elegant restaurant, or lively banquet setting, you will play a key role in ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience.
• Utilize Aloha POS to process orders efficiently and accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and food handling regulations at all times.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, recognizing signs of intoxication, and implementing appropriate measures to promote safety.
• Restock bar supplies regularly, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware, while managing inventory levels effectively.

Skills

• Proven experience in a food service settings; retail math skills are a plus.
• Strong cash handling abilities.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible serving practices.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions involving sales, tips, and change calculations.
• Familiarity with beverage preparation techniques.
• Experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is highly desirable but not required.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
