Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or menu items to enhance their experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Process cash transactions accurately using Square POS
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor beverage levels to ensure seamless service throughout shifts
• Develop new beverage recipes and contribute creative ideas to the bar menu to keep offerings fresh and exciting
• Handle customer inquiries professionally, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive atmosphere for all patrons

Skills

• Extensive experience with POS systems for processing transactions efficiently
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage presentation
• Proven ability to manage time effectively during busy service hours while maintaining high-quality service standards
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that fosters guest loyalty
• Previous experience in fine dining establishments or upscale hospitality environments preferred
• Ability to handle cash accurately through cashiering and food handling procedures
• Familiarity with food safety protocols and basic math skills necessary for retail math and cash handling tasks

Pay: $11.41 - $30.00 per hour
