Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests while crafting delicious beverages and maintaining a vibrant atmosphere. Your expertise in bartending, along with your knowledge of food safety and hospitality, will ensure that our patrons have an unforgettable experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and in good working order.
• Engage with customers, providing recommendations and taking orders efficiently.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure the bar is well-stocked.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for catering events or special functions as required.
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to maintain high service standards.

Skills

• Proficient in bartending techniques with a strong understanding of cocktail recipes.
• Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems for efficient transaction processing.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks during peak hours effectively.
• Excellent hospitality skills, fostering a welcoming environment for guests.
• Experience in retail math for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
