Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards to uphold health regulations
• Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies efficiently to meet customer demand
• Handle cash transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems while maintaining accountability
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including glassware, tools, and work surfaces
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours and special events

Experience

• Previous experience in bartending or serving within a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
• Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and beverage presentation
• Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices in food service environments
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during high-volume periods
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients accurately
• Proven ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism under pressure
