Bartender

About Us: Hallyu Korean BBQ is a vibrant and popular dining destination known for its authentic Korean cuisine and exceptional service. We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join our team as bartenders. Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Create and craft specialty cocktails and drinks tailored to our menu
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations on drinks
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and managing inventory
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol regulations
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
• Collaborate with servers and other staff to provide a seamless and enjoyable dining experience
• Address any customer concerns or questions with a positive and helpful attitude

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred
• Extensive knowledge of drink mixing and garnishing techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Positive attitude and team player
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of Korean cuisine and beverages is a plus but not required
