Bartender

Job Summary

We are seeking a Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, providing excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This role requires the ability to handle high-volume service environments efficiently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail. Bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus, helping us serve a diverse clientele effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring their experience is enjoyable.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar equipment.
• Manage multiple orders efficiently during high-volume periods to ensure timely service.
• Verify the identification of customers to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and operate POS systems as needed.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies to uphold health standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bar operations and a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a bartender in a high-volume setting is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
• Bilingual (Spanish) language skills are considered a plus, aiding in better guest engagement.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of standard drink recipes, alcohol laws, and safety procedures.

Pay: $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
