Bartender

We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be able to mix and match ingredients in order to create classic and innovative drinks in accordance with customers’ needs and expectations.

Welcome to Music City’s front door — where the first (and last) impression every traveler gets of Nashville happens right at your bar. At Hilton BNA Nashville Airport Terminal, you’re not just pouring drinks, you’re pouring on the hospitality that makes layovers legendary and send-offs unforgettable.

Nashville runs on rhythm, twang, and a whole lot of good times — and so do we. Whether it’s a business traveler grabbing a nightcap before an early flight or a music lover celebrating a weekend in the city that gave the world honky-tonk and hot chicken, you’ll be the one setting the tone for their Nashville story.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Crafting both classic and creative cocktails — alcoholic and non-alcoholic — with flair and finesse
• Welcoming guests with the kind of warmth Nashville is famous for
• Reading the room (and the guest) to recommend the perfect pour
• Mixing up signature cocktails that keep folks coming back for more
• Helping shape and present our bar menu with your own personal touch
• Checking ID’s and keeping things legal, safe, and smart
• Keeping the bar stocked, polished, and ready for the next rush
• Delivering five-star guest experiences, one drink at a time
• Following all food and beverage safety regulations to the letter

What You Bring to the Bar

• Proven experience slinging drinks and good vibes as a bartender
• Serious skills in mixing, garnishing, and serving with style
• Comfort with basic computer systems and POS tools
• Bonus points if you speak a second language
• A positive attitude and the gift of gab
• A knack for keeping your bar clean, organized, and guest-ready
• A valid bartending or alcohol service certification

Why You’ll Love Working Here

Nashville’s energy is contagious — and nowhere is that more true than right here at BNA, the gateway to it all. You’ll join a team that treats hospitality like an art form, in a city that treats music, food, and fun like a way of life. Great benefits, a buzzing atmosphere, and the chance to be the first “y’all” travelers hear when they land — what’s not to love?

If you’re ready to mix drinks, make connections, and bring a little Nashville magic to every pour, we’d love to have you behind our bar.
