Jordan Restaurant, Stellenbosch
We’re looking for an experienced bartender with a passion for hospitality, strong wine knowledge and excellent attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Previous bartending experience, preferably in an upmarket restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of South African wines, grape varieties and wine styles.
- Confidence in recommending wines and providing professional wine service.
- Sound knowledge of cocktails and spirits.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to keep the bar organised, clean and well stocked.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Reliable transport.
