Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to create a lively bar environment that encourages repeat visits.
• Manage bar inventory, including restocking supplies, monitoring stock levels, and accurately processing cash transactions using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
• Develop and suggest beverage recipes, craft new cocktails, and stay current with industry trends to keep our menu fresh and exciting.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
• Handle cash handling procedures efficiently while processing payments accurately using POS systems.
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure seamless service during busy hours, including catering events or banquet functions when needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending within fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or hospitality environments with strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail creation.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests confidently and professionally.
• Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, wine varieties, spirits, craft beer offerings, and food pairing principles.
• Experience in food service or restaurant settings with understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math understanding for sales transactions, and beverage recipe calculations.
• Previous experience in hospitality industry roles such as bartending, bar management, or catering is highly desirable.
• Nightclub or banquet experience is a plus for managing diverse service environments.
