Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits with precision and flair.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Develop and suggest beverage recipes to enhance menu offerings and accommodate guest preferences.
• Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed, and tracking beverage usage efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during events like banquets or catering functions to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption levels.

Skills

• Extensive experience with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions smoothly.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, spirits, and brewing processes.
• Proven ability in food handling, food safety practices, and maintaining hygiene standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy shifts.
• Demonstrated customer service excellence with a friendly attitude that encourages repeat visits.
• Experience working in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable.
• Ability to develop creative beverage recipes and adapt to guest preferences quickly.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards related to food safety, alcohol regulations, and responsible service policies.
