Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while crafting a variety of beverages in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests, ensuring their satisfaction with both drinks and service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for mixology, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure timely service for food orders.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or bartending is mandatory; training for our specific restaurant will be provided.
• Familiarity with brewing techniques and beverage preparation is a plus.
• Strong cash handling skills with an understanding of retail math for accurate transaction processing.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Pay: From $12.15 per hour
