Dua Vino is seeking a polished, guest-focused Server & Bartender to help deliver warm, attentive service in a fine-dining Italian restaurant. This role combines dining-room service with bartending, with a focus on thoughtful hospitality, Italian food and beverage knowledge, and an excellent guest experience.

What you’ll do

• Welcome guests and guide them through the menu with confidence and care.
• Describe dishes, ingredients, specials, and preparation; answer questions about dietary needs and common allergens.
• Offer informed recommendations on Italian wines, cocktails, aperitifs, and food pairings.
• Take accurate orders, coordinate with the kitchen, and pace courses appropriately.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages to the restaurant’s standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and service area; restock supplies as needed.
• Handle guest requests and resolve service concerns professionally, involving a manager when appropriate.
• Follow food-safety, responsible alcohol-service, and cash-handling procedures.
• Collaborate with the front- and back-of-house teams to keep service running smoothly.

What we’re looking for

• Previous restaurant serving and bartending experience preferred.
• Genuine interest in hospitality, Italian cuisine, wine, and cocktails.
• Clear communication, attention to detail, and a calm, welcoming presence during busy service.
• Ability to work collaboratively and provide attentive, polished service.
• Availability for a schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Required alcohol-service credentials for the position, as applicable.

• Schedule: Full-time or part-time
• Compensation: $8 per hour plus tips
