Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drink options tailored to their tastes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
• Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Manage bar inventory by restocking supplies, monitoring stock levels, and placing orders as needed
• Develop new beverage recipes and craft signature cocktails to enhance the guest experience
• Ensure responsible alcohol service by checking IDs and adhering to legal drinking age regulations

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, craft beers, cocktail recipes, and mixology techniques
• Experience with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing
• Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods seamlessly
• Proven customer service abilities with a friendly, energetic approach that fosters guest satisfaction
• Background in food service or restaurant environments with fine dining or nightclub experience preferred
• Ability to develop creative beverage recipes and adapt to guest preferences quickly
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling of food and beverages
• Excellent math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management
• Experience in bar management or hospitality industry roles that demonstrate leadership potential
