Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
• Manage multiple drink orders efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to delight customers and encourage sales
• Process cash transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods
• Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; assist with stock replenishment as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending within fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or catering environments
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage recipe development
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests and handle diverse personalities
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation practices
• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred; retail math skills are a plus
• Basic math proficiency for cash handling and order calculations; multitasking skills essential for high-energy settings
• Experience working in hospitality industry roles such as bar management or serving is highly desirable
