Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
• Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately and providing exceptional service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
• Manage multiple drink orders efficiently during busy hours to ensure timely service
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and uphold safety protocols
• Restock bar supplies regularly and assist in inventory management
• Collaborate with team members to create a lively, welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bartending, serving, or hospitality preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices
• Strong skills in basic maths for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients accurately
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts
