Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and manage tabs efficiently.
• Engage with guests to provide personalized service, recommend drinks, and create a lively yet professional atmosphere.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to promote responsible serving practices.
• Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions by setting up bars, serving drinks, and ensuring smooth operation throughout the event.
• Handle cashing out customers with accuracy using retail math skills while managing cash handling responsibilities responsibly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; previous experience with cash handling and cashiering is essential.
• Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math applications.
