Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or food pairings to enhance their experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
• Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu updates based on current trends and customer feedback
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless food and beverage service during events like banquets or catering functions
• Uphold all health regulations related to food handling, alcohol service, and safety protocols within the hospitality industry

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending or food service roles within fine dining, nightclub, or hospitality environments
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage recipe development
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy hours effectively
• Experience in bar management or supervising bar staff is a plus
• Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations
• Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and accurate order processing
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events such as banquets or catering functions

Pay: $23.17 - $27.90 per hour
