Bartender

We're looking for an experienced bartender who is passionate about hospitality, takes pride in their craft, and enjoys building genuine relationships with guests. This role is ideal for someone who appreciates wine, cocktails, and creating memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare classic and seasonal cocktails with consistency and precision
• Confidently guide guests through our wine, cocktail, beer, and food offerings
• Deliver attentive, warm, and personalized service from the moment guests arrive
• Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and beautifully presented bar throughout service
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Follow all NYC health and alcohol service regulations
• Handle POS transactions accurately

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a cocktail bar, wine bar, or upscale restaurant
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and food pairings
• Natural wine knowledge is a plus, but a genuine interest in learning is equally important
• Professional, reliable, and punctual
• Calm under pressure while maintaining high standards of hospitality
• Evening and weekend availability required
