About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, experienced, and enthusiastic bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, has strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and beverages, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers, spirits, coffees, and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure every guest has a great experience.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar area.
• Operate the POS system and process cash and card payments accurately.
• Follow all RSA, health, safety, and hygiene requirements.
• Work closely with the restaurant team to provide efficient and friendly service.

Requirements

• Previous bartending or hospitality experience.
• Good knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits.
• Current NSW RSA Certificate (essential).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong team spirit.
