Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including mocktails, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an outstanding customer experience
• Manage POS systems for accuracy and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations
• Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to enhance guest satisfaction
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock availability
• Handle cash register operations, process payments securely, and balance cash drawers at shift end
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during food service events such as banquets or catering functions to ensure seamless service delivery
• Uphold responsible service policies

Experience

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment, preferably within fine dining or nightlife settings
• Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail/mocktail recipes
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders while maintaining quality standards
• Previous food service experience including serving, food handling, and food safety practices
• Experience working in hospitality industry settings like nightclubs or banquet halls is highly desirable
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations accurately
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
